I'm Felix and I bought an apartment with my wife. This was renovated this year (bedroom and bathroom). Since my wife has to move away professionally, I would like to rent the two new small rooms to roommates. The rooms are quite small (single bed, built-in wardrobe, desk, are rented only furnished) and I think more suitable for commuters who are tired daily and look for a short working path under the week.
