Hi, as my two roommates move out to 01.06., we will have two beautiful rooms in the WG:)
About the room:
The room has about 17 square meters and a balcony where you can drink super cozy coffee or even the one or other glass of wine. :
In addition, the room is very bright and has a significantly larger effect due to the high ceilings.
Location
The location of our apartment is great, the Sedanplatz bus stop is just 2 minutes walk away and the RheinMain university can be reached in 5 minutes walk.
In addition, there are plenty of beautiful cafes in the west (the “Here and now” is located directly with us in the house)
WG life

So far we have always had a very family and active WG life in the WG. We have regularly cooked together, made sports or pulled through the bars in Wiesbaden.
Just a minute, I'm Julia and I'm 22 years. I'm studying Business Law at WBS and working as a working student. Under the week, I am, unfortunately, mostly relatively busy, but I am always happy when you sit together in the evening. I also make kickboxes and would call myself very active. Since I actually come from Stuttgart, the Swabian cuisine definitely makes my heart beat faster and I bet that my homemade cheeses will also convince you :D
Hi, da meine beiden Mitbewohner zum 01.06. ausziehen, werden bei uns in der WG zwei wunderschöne Zimmer frei :)
Über das Zimmer:
Das Zimmer hat ca. 17 qm und einen Balkon, auf dem man super gemütlich einen Kaffee oder auch mal das ein oder andere Gläschen Wein trinken kann. :)
Außerdem ist das Zimmer sehr hell und wirkt durch die hohen Decken nochmal deutlich größer- der Wiesbadener Altbaucharme kommt auf jeden Fall auch nicht zu kurz.
Lage
Die Lage von unserer Wohnung ist super, die Bushaltestelle Sedanplatz ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die Hochschule RheinMain erreichst du in 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Außerdem gibt es im Westend jeder Menge schöne Cafes (das „Hier und jetzt“ befindet sich direkt bei uns im Haus)
WG-Leben
Die WG ist keine Zweck WG! :)
Bisher hatten wir in der WG immer ein sehr familiäres und aktives WG-Leben. Wir haben regelmäßig zusammen gekocht, Sport gemacht oder sind abends durch die Bars in Wiesbaden gezogen.
Noch kurz zu mir, ich heiße Julia und bin 22 Jahre. Ich studiere an der WBS Wirtschaftsrecht und arbeite nebenher noch als Werkstudentin. Unter der Woche bin ich deswegen leider meistens relativ viel beschäftigt, freue mich aber immer, wenn man abends noch zusammen sitzt. Ich mache außerdem Kickboxen und würde mich als sehr aktiv bezeichnen. Da ich eigentlich aus Stuttgart komme, lässt die schwäbische Kulinarik mein Herz auf jeden Fall schneller schlagen und ich wette, dass dich meine selbstgemachten Käsespätzle auch überzeugen werden :D
