Cozy room in idyllic location in the Wiesenbach
From 1 Aug 2018 looking for a nice Nachmieter, or interim tenant of my cozy and well-maintained room during and after my internship in Vienna. The room already has a wardrobe, a smaller closet, a bed and a desk.
The large and bright bathroom with window is shared with two roommates on the floor.
The spacious kitchen is used by everyone here. There are several stoves available and plenty of storage space.
Cleanliness is important, but we are also supported by a cleaning force every week in the bathroom and kitchen.
Gemütliches Zimmer in idyllischer Lage im Wiesenbach
Ich, von Aug1 , suche einen netten Nachmieter, bzw. Zwischenmieter der mein gemütliches und gut gepflegtes Zimmer während und nach meinem Praktikum in Wien übernimmt. Im Zimmer stehen bereits Kleiderschrank, ein kleinerer Schrank, Bett und ein Schreibtisch.
Das große und helle Badezimmer mit Fenster wird mit zwei Mitbewohnern auf der Etage geteilt.
Die geräumige Küche wird von jedem hier genutzt. Es stehen mehrere Herde zur Verfügung sowie viel Stauraum.
Sauberkeit ist wichtig, wir werden jedoch auch von einer Putzkraft jede Woche in Bad und Küche tatkräftig unterstützt.
Die Wg ist mit dem Bus leicht zu erreichen. Da die Haltestelle höchstens eine Minute vom Haus entfernt ist, ist man in spätestens einer halben Stunde am Bismarckplatz in Heidelberg.
Aldi, Edeka, mehrere Bäcker und was man sonst so braucht, sind leicht in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
The Wg is easy to reach by bus. Since the stop is at most one minute away from the house, you will be in Bismarckplatz in Heidelberg within half an hour at the latest.
Aldi, Edeka, several bakers and what else you need, can be easily reached in a few minutes.
Die WG ist international. Männer und Frauen aus Indien, Afrika, Syrien, der Türkei und auch Deutschland leben in einem großen Haus zusammen. Es gibt keinen Zwang sich ständig miteinander zu treffen aber man ist immer offen für einen gemeinsamen Kaffee oder auch Bier.
Wir sind eine sehr offene und freundliche Wg und jeder wird herzlich in das WG-Leben aufgenommen.
The WG is international. Men and women from India, Africa, Syria, Turkey and Germany live together in one big house. There is no compulsion to meet constantly but you are always open for a coffee or beer.
We are a very open and friendly Wg and everyone is warmly welcomed into the shared apartment.
