Weil ich für mein Praxissemester im Februar in ein anderes Land ziehe,
vermiete ich mein WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m²
groß und durch die großen Fenster schön hell und geräumig.
Ich lasse das Zimmer möbliert für dich, das heißt: ein Bett, ein Schlafsofa, ein Schminktisch, ein Schreibtisch, eine große Komode, zwei Kleiderständer und ein Fernseherschrank sowie ein Fernseher.
Unsere WG liegt mitten in der City, direkt an der Börsenstraße, im
ersten Obergeschoss eines Altbaus.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke, die Nordseepassage und
Innenstadt erreichst du innerhalb weniger Gehminuten. Zudem sind wir direkt am Bahnhof sowie am ZOB, von wo aus du überall hinkommst.
In der WG würdest du mit Ottilie (21) und Capucine (20) zusammenleben.
Beide sind Studentinnen der Jade HS, Capucine absolviert aktuell ihr
Auslandssemester in Wilhelmshaven. Meine andere Mitbewohnerin plant
ebenfalls, nächstes Semester ihr Praxissemester zu absolvieren, sodass
du voraussichtlich auch eine neue Mitbewohnerin kennenlernen wirst.
Die Warmmiete inklusive Nebenkostet beläuft sich auf 400 Euro pro Monat.
Wir besitzen eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine und einen Innenhof, wo Auto und Fahrräder abgestellt werden können. Unser WC und Dusche sind in
zwei getrennten Räumen.
