Dein neues Zimmer geht zum Hinterhof raus und ist sehr ruhig. Es hat hohe Decken, sodass Du auch ein Hochbett einbauen kannst. Es ist recht hell und Du kannst mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Du kannst ganz unkompliziert einziehen, denn es gibt ein Bett, Kommode und Schrank.

Die Wohnung befindet sich am südlichen Ende der Altstadt. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind von hieraus innerhalb von 5 min Fußläufig zu erreichen. Dasselbe gilt für Ärzte und Apotheken und Busverbindungen. Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig ca. 15 min entfernt und die Hochschule ist auch innerhalb von 15 zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir sind Luka, Lukas, Manuel und Jana. Jana zieht aus und deshalb suche ich eine:n Nachfolger:in.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind allesamt an der Hochschule und furchtbar nett.
Wir sind ein ruhige WG, treffen uns aber auch zum quatschen und zum kochen in der Küche, wenn sich die Gelegenheit gibt sind wir auch schon mal für einige Stunden gemeinsam unterwegs. Aktuell manchmal auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt. ;)
Im Haus gibt es noch weitere WGs, mit denen es auch mal recht gemütlich werden kann.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 272€.
Die Möbel (Bett, Kommode und Schrank) möchte ich gern gegen einen Abschlag von 100€ übergeben.
