hallo, ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer in der Wismarer Altstadt.
Es ist hell, die Mitbewohner sind nett und unkompliziert und es liegt günstig. bis zur Uni per Rad ca. 5 Min. Plus, Rewe und soweiter sind schnell erreichbar.Der Einzugstermin ist nach Absprache auch früher möglich. Für den Laminatboden der nicht mal 6 Moate alt ist, hätte ich gerne eine Abschlagszahlung (Höhe nach Absprache). alles weitere gerne per mail oder ihr ruft dort mal an und sprechnt mit Ines oder Nico...03841-257670
