Ich stelle hier in meiner frisch renovierten Wohnung ein WG-Zimmer zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat zu beiden Seiten eine Fensterlage ins Grüne in einer super schönen ruhigen Lage. Im Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls ein Balkon vorhanden.
Das Bettgestell und der Arbeitstisch können nach Absprache übernommen werden, muss aber nicht :)
Die WG ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit einem Kühlschrank und einer Waschmaschine im Keller.
Erstmal für 2 Monate befristet, Möglichkeit auf Übernahme der gesamten Wohnung möglich.
In wenigen Minuten gelangt man mit den Öpvn in die Innenstadt und zum Hbf Witten. Gute Anschlüsse zur Uni Witten/Herdecke und Ruhr Uni+TU Dortmund.

Etwas zu mir:
Ich bin Merve, 29 Jahre alt und ziehe berufsbedingt für ein Jahr nach Berlin. Ich werde maximal zwei Mal im Monat an Wochenenden da sein, jedoch ist es mir wichtig dass es passt und in meiner Abwesenheit verantwortungsvoll mit der Wohnung umgegangen wird.
Ich bin ein offener und entspannter Mensch und wünsche mir ein angenehmes Miteinander.
Ich bevorzuge jemanden, dem Ordnung und Pflege im Haushalt genauso wichtig sind.
