Our farm is surrounded by meadows and is located on the outskirts of Wolfratshausen. It is a 20-minute walk and 7-minute bike ride to the S-Bahn.

Liebe Leute,
bei uns am Walserhof wird ab 1.08.24 ein Zimmer frei. Wichtig: Der Hof ist in Wolfratshausen, das liegt ca 30 km südlich von München
Der Hof
- liegt mitten im Grünen, mit Blick auf die Berge, die Loisach quasi vor der Haustür
- ist ein ehemaliger Bauernhof, der jetzt von uns bewohnt wird
- Es gibt hier Huhn, Katz und Kater, HolzwerkerInnen und Sozialpädagogin, Klettersüchtige und Fahrrad-Nerds, SkitourenfanatikerInnen und NichtskifahrerInnen, KüchentischphilosophInnen und Nähmaschinen-Koryphäen
- hat unterm Dachboden eine Boulderwand und im Keller einen Tischtennis-Raum. Daneben gibt es viel Raum um sich zu entfalten
- ist 8 Fahrrad- und 20 Gehminuten von der S-Bahn entfernt
- hat einen grooooßen Garten, in dem gerne gepflanzt, getanzt, gesonnt, ge-sacklined und gegrillt werden darf
kurz: a Traum. ;)
Wichtig ist uns, dass du vorab ein bissl was zu dir und deinen Interessen schreibst und warum du gerne mit uns zehn ;) am Hof wohnen und leben möchtest.
Natürlich solltest du ein Herz
für und keine Allergie gegen Tiere haben.

Dear people,
we have a room available at the Walserhof from 1.08.24. Important: The farm is in Wolfratshausen, which is about 30 km south of Munich.
The farm
- is in the middle of the countryside, with a view of the mountains and the Loisach river right in front of the house.
- is a former farm, which is now inhabited by us.
- There are chickens, cat and cat, woodworkers and social pedagogue, climbing addicts and bicycle nerds, ski touring fanatics and non-skiers, kitchen table philosophers and sewing machine luminaries.
- has a bouldering wall under the attic and a table tennis room in the basement. Besides that, there is plenty of room to develop
- is 8 minutes by bike and 20 minutes by foot from the S-Bahn (suburban railway)
- has a large garden where you can plant, dance, sunbathe, bagline and barbecue.
in short: a dream ;)
It is important for us that you write a little about yourself and your interests and why you would like to live with us 10 others on the farm
