Die WG liegt direkt am schönen Schillerteich. Trotz Innenstadtlage ist somit ausreichend Grün, Ruhe und Gemätlichkeit geboten.
Man braucht 15min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, 10min zur FH, 5min zur Fußgängerzone/ City Galerie und 5min zu Edeka.

The WG is located directly on the beautiful Schillerteich. Despite the city center location, there is enough green and the neighborhood offers a quiet and cozy atmosphere.
It takes 15min walk to Wolfsburg main train station, 10min to the FH, 5min to the Wolfsburgs Main Street / City Galerie and 5min to Edeka.

In der WG wohnen momentan zwei Jungs : Ein Doktorand bei VW und ein Entwicklungsingenieur bei einem Dienstleister im Automotive Bereich. Beide sind unkompliziert und nett.

Our WG consists of the WG rooms, a shared living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with washing machine and bathtub and a guest toilet.
You are welcome to make yourself comfortable in the living room, cook something together or enjoy the peace and quiet individually in our rooms. According to the motto "You can do everything, but nothing is a must". In the warm months, the Schillerteich is ideal for relaxing or for a walk or jogging.
Two guys are currently living in the shared flat: a PhD student at VW and a development engineer at a service provider in the automotive sector. Both are uncomplicated and nice guys.

Die 333 € ist die Warmmiete (inkl. Internet, GEZ) für das möblierte Zimmer.
Zusätzlich sind an den Vormieter eine Kaution für die Wohnung in Höhe von 475 €, eine Kaution für die Möbel in Höhe von 260 € sowie ein Abschlag für die Möbel im Zimmer zu zahlen (dieser muss mit dem Vormieter abgestimmt werden).
