This room is located on the North street-side of the house.
It is suitable for 1-2 people.
It is approx. 22.3 m2.
The room will be unfurnished.
No cats allowed.

About the house:

The open plan kitchen and living room is 85sqm, overlooking our green and tree-filled garden, it is flooded with sunlight through the many large windows making it a perfect spot to sit have a tea and watch the birds.

We have great access to public transport, just outside the house is the bus and tramstop which can take you to Erkner for the SBahn or Regional Bahn to Berlin, or to Rahnsdorf for the S3.

Travel times from Ostkreuz to home range between 30-45 minutes, depending on which mode you choose to take.

Within a 10 minutes walk we have both Edeka and Lidl, Scattered through Woltersdorf there are bakeries, ice cream shops, a few restaurants, doctors, dentists, meaning you can find pretty much everything you need here without having to go to the city.

The lakes and forests are just a 10 minute bike away from us and we often like to go swimming together in summer and those who are feeling braver in the winter too!

Woltersdorf is a beautiful small city, but more with the energy of a small town.
The Schleuse is a beautiful destination to swim, relax, hang out and watch the sunset.

Life in our WG-Community:

Here you would become part of our large shared WG family in Woltersdorf. Currently we are 8 fixed members with an additional 1-3 people visiting on the weekends staying in their bauwagen or van. We are between 30 and 45 years old,coming from many different parts of the World, we work in different areas of expertise and in the events field. We have 1 dog and 1 cat sharing the space with us, alongside many birds and the occasional fox or badger.

We are currently 3 people living on the ground floor and 4-5 people living on the 1OG. The room advertised is located on 1OG.

We have a huge garden with many trees, herbs and vegetables growing. In the garden we have a large fireplace, sauna, newly built outside kitchen dome space, kids space, beach and dj booth. In the summer you can often find us grilling there or working on keeping the garden looking fresh and clean.

Our shared space consists of the outside areas, garage, kitchen, bathrooms and a beautiful sunlit living room. In these spaces we ask for them to be kept clean and respectful. We are a non-smoking inside household, but you can join us on the balcony or the garden to share one together.

We are currently looking for one person to join us from the start of June 2025.

Life here is a mix between quiet self time and some coming togethers.

Every Tuesday evening at 7pm we have a house meeting where we talk about any open topics, concerns, questions, plans or projects coming up. We ask that each member makes this a priority in their week, so that we have full transparency with each other about how everyone is doing and what is happening in the house. (Of course, life is life, and we all can not attend every meeting due to other commitments).

We don't have many strict community rules but rather the desire for shared values such as: friendly togetherness, compassionate and honest communication, the willingness to grow as individuals and community, respect the needs of the other, reflect and support each other to grow, regular cooking, weekly meetings, sauna, swimming in the surrounding lakes, sitting by the fire, celebrating birthdays and much much more.

We have a trial period of 3 months to see how we all feel living together. With an additional 3 months in case it doesn't match on either side, to give you time to find something better fitted. We ask all new applications for an advanced payment

We are searching for someone that will become an active member of the community, contributing to keeping the space a home. We would love someone who is handy with tools and has the energy and wish to continue creating this space with love and with the intention of making it better than you find it.
