Das Zimmer ist perfekt für dich, wenn du in einem kompletten Haus voller Studenten leben möchtest. Die Räume sind mit riesigen Fenstern ausgestattet und sorgen für viel Licht. Durch die fast 4m hohen Decken bekommst wirkt das Zimmer sehr groß und luftig. Der sorgfältig ausgewählte Laminatboden und die lichtdurchfluteten Räume sorgen für ein angenehmes Wohngefühl.
Die Zimmer sind voll möbliert. Kleiderschrank, Regal, Couchtisch, Bett mit Bettkasten/Schubladen und Ausziehfunktion (90 cm --> bis 1.60m), Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl sowie deinen eigenen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Bei einer Doppelbelegung gibt es zwei Betten und zwei Schreibtische mit Stuhl. Die WG selbst verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche: Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Kochutensilien, Gläser, Besteck - es ist alles da - getreu dem Motto: Einziehen und wohlfühlen. Zwei sanierte, moderne Tageslichtbäder mit begehbarer Dusche, WC und Fliesen im Altbaustil sorgen dafür das alle zum Duschen kommen :)

The room is perfect for you if you want to live with a whole house full of students. The rooms are equipped with huge windows and provide lots of light. The almost 4m high ceilings make the room seem very large and airy. The carefully selected laminate flooring and the light-flooded rooms ensure a pleasant living experience.
The rooms are fully furnished. Wardrobe, shelf, coffee table, bed with bed box/drawers and pull-out function (90 cm --> up to 1.60 m), desk and desk chair as well as your own refrigerator with freezer compartment. For double occupancy there are two beds and two desks with chairs. The shared apartment itself has a fully equipped kitchen: pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery - it's all there - true to the motto: move in and feel good. Two renovated, modern daylight bathrooms with walk-in showers, toilets and old-style tiles ensure that everyone can shower :)

Unmittelbar in der Stadt und doch eine Oase direkt nebenan. Der Dom im Sonnenuntergang direkt vor der Nase und das beste Eis der Stadt auf dem Weg zur Uni. Das Theater und das Kino einen Steinwurf entfernt und die it-Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls. Der Bahnhof nur maximal 5 Gehminuten und natürlich die Hochschule Worms auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Also alles was du braucht für eine schöne Zeit ist super zu erreichen.
Right in the city and yet an oasis right next door. The cathedral in the sunset right in front of your nose and the best ice cream in the city on the way to university. The theater and cinema are a stone's throw away and so are the it bars and shopping opportunities. The train station is only a maximum of 5 minutes' walk and of course the Worms University of Applied Sciences is also in the immediate vicinity. So everything you need for a great time is within easy reach.
Aktuell herrscht ein bunter Mix aus verschiedenen Nationen. Von Singapur bis zu den USA, Hongkong, Korea, Frankreich, Spanien, Albanien, Jordanien oder Mexico und Vollzeitstudenten aus Deutschland. Der bunte Mix bringt leben in das alte Gemäuer und viele Studenten tauschen sich Etagenübergreifend aus und unternehmen auch gerne was zusammen. Gemeinsame Kochabende oder gemeinsame Partys werden intern organisiert. Es ist definitiv was los und vielleicht ergibt sich die Möglichkeit auch nach dem Studium einander zu besuchen - Fakt ist: es liegt in eurer Hand diese einmalige Chance zu nutzen und etwas Ewiges für eure Zukunft zu erschaffen.
There is currently a colorful mix of different nations. From China to the USA, Hong Kong, Korea, France, Spain, Albania, Jordan and full-time students from Germany. The colorful mix brings the old walls to life and many students exchange ideas across floors and also enjoy doing things together. Joint cooking evenings or joint parties are organized internally. There is definitely something going on and maybe there will be an opportunity to visit each other after your studies - the fact is: it is in your hands to take advantage of this unique opportunity and create something eternal for your future.
Die Geschichte der Studentenvilla
Im Jahr 1880 von einer erfolgreichen jüdischen Kaufmannsfamilie mit dem Namen Goldschmidt erbaut, überstand das Haus einen Bombenangriff 1945 in dem das Dach des Hauses zerstört wurde. Seine Mauern bot Schutz für diejenigen, die vom Krieg gezeichnet wurden. Auch später wurde der Schutzeigenschaft dieser Mauern erhalten und diente für viele Kinder und Familien in Not zu einem Zufluchtsort als Jugendamt der Stadt Worms.
Seit mehr als 4 Jahren stand das Prunkstück der Stadt Worms nun leer...
Es wird Zeit ihm zu erneuten Glanz zu verhelfen und den Schutzgedanke aufrecht zuerhalten. Ein Zuhause für euch...
The history of the student villa
Built in 1880 by a successful Jewish merchant family named Goldschmidt, the house survived a bomb attack in 1945 in which the roof of the house was destroyed. Its walls provided protection for those scarred by war. The protective properties of these walls were later maintained and served as a refuge for many children and families in need as the city of Worms' youth welfare office.
The showpiece of the city of Worms has been empty for more than 4 years...
It's time to help it shine again and maintain the idea of protection. A home for you...
The villa has been home to the students since 2018 and you write their and your stories anew every semester.
