In unserer 6er WG haben wir noch Zimmer zu vergeben. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert und erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen.
Es gibt eine neue Küche im Erdgeschoss, ausgestattet mit einem Ofen, einem Herd mit Dunstabzugshaube, einer Mikrowelle, einer Spühlmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefriereinheit und jeder Menge Stauraum.
In der Wohnung befinden sich 2 voll ausgestattete Badezimmer; eins mit Dusche eines mit Badewanne.
Es gibt 2 Durchgangszimmer zur Nutzung für alle und einen eigenen Innenhof zum Fahrrad abstellen inklusive einem überdachten Terassenbereich für gemütliche Abende zum Grillen etc.
Die Zimmer und Ihre Kaltmieten sind:
Zimmer 1 (EG): 12,5qm - 300€
Zimmer 3 (1.OG): 16qm - 355€
Zimmer 5 (2.OG): 11,5qm - 280€

In our 6-person shared apartment, we still have rooms available. The apartment has been completely renovated and extends over three floors.
There is a brand-new kitchen on the ground floor, equipped with an oven, a stove with an extractor hood, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and plenty of storage space.
The apartment has two fully equipped bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
There are also two common rooms for shared use and a private courtyard where you can park your bike. Additionally, there is a covered terrace area for cozy evenings, barbecues, etc.
The available rooms and their base rents are:
Room 1 (Ground floor): 12.5 sqm - €300
Room 3 (1st floor): 16 sqm - €355
Room 5 (2nd floor): 11.5 sqm - €280
Room 6 (2nd floor): 16 sqm - €350
The total costs for the rooms are as follows:

Wir suchen gesellige Bewohner für unsere WG. Neben den Zimmern, die Jeder hat die WG eine gemeinsame Küche zum gemeinsamen Kochen und zwei Durchgangszimmer um gemeinsamen Aktivitäten zu folgen. Auch auf der Terasse können gemütliche Abende verbracht werden, gegrillt oder einfach nur das Wetter genießen. Für alles, was in den WG-Zimmern keinen Platz hat, kann auch noch im Keller des Hauses gelagert werden. Es gibt also jede Menge Platz und jede Menge Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten die auf Euch bei uns warten.
