Looking for a shared flat in between Hochschule and Bahnhof

Dear WG renter,

My name is Pranjal Pranjal, and I am moving to Worms to start my master's in Global Trade Management at Hochschule Worms. I am looking for a WG from March 1st (or ideally from February 28th, as I will be arriving in Worms that morning).

A little about me:
I’m a 27-year-old male originally from India, but I’ve been living abroad since finishing high school. I have studied and lived in Malaysia and France, and now Germany is my next adventure. Along the way, I’ve made many international friends and learned about different cultures and ways of life. Traveling is something I truly enjoy—I did a solo trip around Southern Europe, which was one of the best experiences of my life, and I also traveled to Amsterdam with friends.

When it comes to shared living, I’m quite easygoing and have experience living with both male and female roommates. In my previous shared accommodations, we often did things together like having Abendessen, watching movies, or going to the cinema on weekends, and I’d be happy to continue that if my future Mitbewohner are open to it! I really like open communication and discussing things to maintain a good understanding among each other that includes the cleaning schedule.

Cooking is a big hobby of mine—I cook almost every day and love making Italian, Thai, and Indian dishes. I’d be happy to share my little culinary expertise with the WG. I also play guitar sometimes, but not daily—it just depends on my mood.

Of course, I’d be considerate and discuss it with my Mitbewohner to make sure it doesn’t disturb anyone. I also enjoy listening to music, watching TV series, and generally having a good chat. I can be quite talkative, though it depends on how I feel around people!

Regarding rental payment I will be paying the rent from a blocked account of 12000 euros that I had to make in order to get my student visa, I will be getting 990 euro pro monat from that I will be paying for the rent and my living cost basically.

I should mention that my German is currently at a B1 level, so I’m not fluent yet. However, I am actively working towards fluency and learning it online on my own. I’d love to practice and improve while living in Germany, so I’d be happy to speak German as much as possible with my roommates!

Regarding lifestyle, I don’t smoke and drink only occasionally. I’ve been a vegetarian for almost two years now, though I do eat fish and eggs (pescatarian). That being said, I have no issues with others eating meat or anything else.

I also like to keep my space clean, especially in shared areas like the kitchen. I usually do my dishes right after eating, or at the latest after a short break if I’m too tired. I prefer not to leave things undone for too long, especially when it comes to cleanliness. That being said, I’m not perfect, but I always try to be considerate of others in a shared space.

I’m really looking forward to an amazing student life in Worms and hope to find a WG where I can feel at home.
