Mein Zimmer ist 19qm groß und damit das größte in der WG und bekommt durch die großen Fenster und die Balkontüre viel Licht. Hiermit hast du einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon inklusive Palettensofa, den du auf den Bildern sehen kannst. Da ich fast alles mitnehmen werde, wird das Zimmer unmöbliert sein, bis auf einen Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl (nach Absprache). :)
Zu Andres Zimmer gibt es noch einen zweiten Balkon der natürlich auch für alle nutzbar ist :).

Quasi direkt am Marktplatz befindet sich die WG absolut zentral in der Altstadt. Die nächste Bahnhaltestelle (Ulmer Hof) erreichst du in unter 1 Minute. Unschlagbar also :)

Wir sind André (24, Humanmedizin im 10. Semester) und Lukas (25, Sonderpädagogik im 9. Semester) und suchen eine Person, die als Ersatz für Mona im März in unser harmonisches WG-Leben passt! Wir wünschen uns eine Person, die aufgeschlossen, unkompliziert und offen für neue Kontakte ist. :)
Am besten lernst du uns kennen indem wir kurz telefonieren oder du einfach mal bei uns vorbei kommst.

Es gibt zusätzlich noch einen Kellerabteil und einen Innenhof, wo du ggf. dein Fahrrad abstellen oder weitere Möbel lagern kannst. Allerdings ist hier kein Platz für eine komplette Zimmerausstattung :)
In der Miete ist schon alles inklusive. Also inklusive Wlan, Gas + Strom und Nebenkosten :)
