Es hat 26 qm und kostet mich 360 Euro im Monat, was außer Internet alle NK beinhaltet (Strom, Wasser, HEizung) und eine Mitbenutzung folgender Räume erlaubt: 2 Bäder + 2 WCs, moderne Küche, Flur, Kellerabteil, Hof. Folgende Maschinen können mitbenutzt werden: Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, 2 Kühlschränke mit Eisfächern, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Staubsauger. Eine Putzfrau ist incl. im Preis und sorgt für Ordnung. Der Vermieter arbeitet Kaiserstraße, ist somit bei Problemen leicht erreichbar. Die BEwohner sind zumeist ausländische Sprachstudenten und einige Deutsche.
