Your room is bright and spacious. You can hardly hear the street, if at all.
The room is partially furnished, as Daniel would like to keep his desk, bedside table and wardrobe in the room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large living room with dining table and cooking area is really nice. The shared flat's internet router is located in Omar's room.
The location of the shared flat is great. The Löwenbrücke tram stop is right in front of the building with a direct connection to Grombühl and university hospital. The old town, university and Sanderstraße are just a few minutes' walk away with the bus 10 that goes directly to Hubland campus. Where ever you wanna go you will find a direct connection. The highway access to the A3 is also not far away.
As there are only two of us living in the shared flat, you can of course play a major role in shaping life in the flat :)
I, Omar, am a PhD student in informatics. I like to be outdoor, walking, hiking, camping, cycling, whatever I can do. Because of my PhD I spend most of my time in the university, but during my free time I would be open to try new stuff and sharing some time together like cooking or watching a movie. I am looking for someone chill that will be easy to live with. As my German is still work in progress, communication will be in English.
We have an area protected from view where we can park our bicycles safely. The house is very quiet, as is the street and the traffic. The car parking spaces in the area are free of charge and do not require a resident parking permit.
When you move in, the property management charges a handling fee, which is borne by the person who moves in - so it only affects you once. They also require a guarantor or a proof of income.
