The apartment is 63 sqm and consists of 2 rooms (both about 18 sqm), kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, where you can sit and/or cook comfortably. The balcony borders the kitchen and offers plenty of space for a relaxed evening (Barbecue). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. Otherwise, we also have a compartment available in the basement.

The room is fully furnished and is rented in the long term. There is a bed (1.80 x 2.2 m), a large desk, a chest of drawers and a TV. All this can be used.
The rent includes all costs.
The rent can be seen with furniture as in the photos.

The apartment is almost in the city centre. There are also many grocery shops around the corner. The entire apartment is very bright and has a large part of the window. There are also many smaller restaurants and pizzerias around the apartment.

Order and cleanliness should be as important as the proper handling of all items in the apartment.
The neighbors are also very friendly and quiet and have never complained when people were nearby in the evening.

Die Wohnung ist 63 qm groß und besteht aus 2 Zimmern (beide ca. 18 qm), Küche und Bad.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, in der Sie gemütlich sitzen und/oder kochen können. Der Balkon grenzt an die Küche und bietet viel Platz für einen entspannten Abend (Barbecue). Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Ansonsten haben wir auch noch ein Abteil im Keller zur Verfügung.

Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert und wird langfristig vermietet. Es gibt ein Bett (1,80 x 2,2 m), einen großen Schreibtisch, eine Kommode und einen Fernseher. All dies kann verwendet werden.
Die Miete beinhaltet alle Kosten.
Die Miete ist mit Möbeln wie auf den Fotos zu sehen.

Die Wohnung liegt fast im Stadtzentrum. Es gibt auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel gleich um die Ecke. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat einen großen Fensteranteil. Es gibt auch viele kleinere Restaurants und Pizzerien rund um die Wohnung.

Ordnung und Sauberkeit sollten Ihnen ebenso wichtig sein wie der richtige Umgang mit allen Gegenständen in der Wohnung.
Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr freundlich und ruhig und haben sich nie beschwert, wenn abends Leute in der Nähe waren.
