The room we are renting out one of our rooms, 15m^2 in size and it is partly furnished.

The apartment is very modern and in a prime location, has underfloor heating, a balcony, video intercom, elevator, two bathrooms and a huge open Living-/Kitchen-Space with everything a modern kitchen needs.

Time wise we are quite flexible.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr grosse Wohnküche mit Blick auf eine Wiese, 2 Bäder, ein Gäste-/Arbeitszimmer sowie 3 Zimmer für die einzelnen Mitbewohner. Die Wohnung liegt in Zürich West, dem trendigen in-Viertel mit vielen Bars, Clubs, Restaurants und einem Kino, die allesamt um die Ecke liegen. Dennoch ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Der Hauptbahnhof kann in 5 min per Tram erreicht werden oder in ca. 10 min zu Fuss, der Bahnhof Hardbrücke kann in ca. 5 min zu Fuss erreicht werden. Im Sommer sind die Badis Oberer und Untere Letten zum Schwimen ebenfalls in Laufweite.

The flat offers a generous living room combined with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one guest room/ office, and 3 rooms for each roommate. The flat is located at Zürich West, an area with several bars, clubs, restaurants and cinemas just around the corner. Yet the flat itself is very quiet. Langstrasse is within a 5 min walk, the main station is 5 min by tram. Within a 5 min walking distance you also find the very popular badis “Oberer” and “Unterer Letten” for swimming or chilling out in summer.

Wir sind alle berufstätig, deutsch, englisch und spanisch sprechend. Das Zusammenleben ist ungezwungen: Gerne gehen wir mal abends raus oder grillen / kochen ab und zu etwas zusammen.
Aktuell sind wir zu zweit, ein Mann (44), sowie eine Frau (35).

We are two working professionals (m44 and f35). Living in our flat is casual: we have dinner or go out from time to time and you are invited to join or follow your own plans.
