The room is approximately 12 square meters in size, very bright thanks to large windows, and features a beautiful parquet floor. The room is currently not furnished. The monthly rent is 650 CHF plus additional costs. The additional costs cover electricity and internet, which are evenly split among the roommates and amount to approximately 50 CHF per person. The shared apartment includes three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a large furnished dining area. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement, and there is a private storage compartment available for storing items. There is also a shared bicycle storage area.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 Quadratmeter groß, sehr hell dank großer Fensterfront und verfügt über einen schönen Parkettboden. Das Zimmer ist derzeit nicht möbliert. Die Monatsmiete beträgt 650 CHF plus Nebenkosten. Die Nebenkosten decken Elektrizität und Internet ab, die gleichmäßig unter den Mitbewohnern aufgeteilt werden und ca. 50 CHF pro Person betragen.Die WG umfasst drei Zimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad und eine große, eingerichtete Essdiele. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner befinden sich im Keller, ebenso wie ein privates Kellerabteil zur Aufbewahrung von Gegenständen. Es gibt auch einen gemeinsamen Fahrradkeller.
The apartment is located on the third floor directly on Schaffhauserstrasse. The Salersteig tram stop is right in front of the door. Milchbuck and the University of Irchel, as well as Migros, Coop, Aldi, and Lidl, are conveniently reachable on foot. The ETH Zurich Central Campus (ETH Zentrum) and Hönggerberg are each about 15 minutes away by bicycle or bus/tram. Direct tram connections are also available both to the main train station (HB) and to the airport.

Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock direkt an der Schaffhauserstraße. Die Tramhaltestelle Salersteig befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Milchbuck und die Universität Irchel sowie Migros, Coop, Aldi und Lidl sind zu Fuß bequem erreichbar. Der zentrale ETH-Campus (ETH Zentrum) und Hönggerberg sind jeweils etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus/Tram entfernt. Direkte Tramverbindungen gibt es sowohl zum Hauptbahnhof (HB) als auch zum Flughafen.
What we are looking for:
Since our roommate is moving out (he found a job in Bern), we are looking for a new member for our shared apartment. Ideally, you are between 25 and 35 years old, tidy, a non-smoker, relaxed, and easygoing. You are open to joint cooking evenings or other activities but also enjoy your peace and quiet from time to time.
We are:
Robert (32, M, German, engineer); Domingo (27, M, Spanish, engineer). Outside of work, we enjoy engaging in sports, cooking, or activities with friends.
