Hallo!!! Bei uns ist ein tolles großes WG-Zimmer in einer ca. 130qm großen Altbauwohnung frei.
Wir sind eine Frau und 3 Männer (zwischen 40 und 50 Jahre alt) und suchen zum Ausgleich eine Frau als Mitbewohnerin.
Das Zimmer ist groß, hoch und sonnig - große Fesnster, Südseite.
An einem riesigen Flur befinden sich ein ca. 18 qm großes Bad und eine ebenso große, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Balkon.
Die Hausgemeinschaft besteht aus aktuell 3 weiteren Mietparteien. Im Erdgeschossist noch eine frisch sanierte und noch leere Wohnung.
Die Einrichtung auf den Fotos des Zimmers ist nur ein "Serviervorschlag" ;-) - das Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Wir hätten allerdings noch ein paar Möbel übrig.
Zu Fuß bist Du ca. 7 min ins Zentrum unterwegs.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 2 min entfernt und bringt Dich z.B. in ca. 15 min zum Campus Scheffelstraße.
200 m läufst Du zum Park am Schwanenteich.
Der nächste Studentenclub, das Tivoli, ist um die Ecke ;-).
Auch 7 min zu Fuß in die andere Richtung ist der nächste Supermarkt.
Die Zimmer werden durch den Vermieter einzeln vermietet. Strom, Gas und Wasser, sowie alle Nebenkosten (außer Internet) sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Es gibt also keine Nachzahlungen etc.
Die ca. 5-7 € (je nach Anzahl der Mitbewohner) sonstige Kosten werde für Internet fällig.
Komm einfach mal vorbei :-)
