Hello! Ich suche während meines Praxissemesters ab März bis August/September eine tolle Person, die in meiner 2-Zimmer Wohnung am Lousberg Nähe des Ponttors zur Untermiete wohnt.
Meine Wohnung hat 2-Zimmer (Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer) und eine separate geräumige Küche. Bis auf ein paar Elektro- und Gebrauchsgegenstände wird die Wohnung möbliert und voll ausgestattet vermietet. Internet ist auch dabei.
Ich suche nach einem ruhigen und ordentlichen Menschen, der meiner Wohnung ein halbes Jahr Freude einhaucht und ein bisschen zu seinem zu Hause macht.

Hello! I am looking for a lovely person to sublet my 2-room flat located on the Lousberg near the Ponttor during my internship semester from March to August/September.
My flat has 2 rooms (living room and bedroom) and a separate spacious kitchen. Apart from a few electrical and utility items, the flat is rented fully furnished and equipped. Internet is also included.
I am looking for a quiet and tidy person who will enjoy my flat for six months and make it a bit of their own home.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, dennoch aber erreichbar zu allen wichtigen Orten. Die Haupt-RWTH-Gebäude sind fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar, die Pontsstraße in 5, die Innenstadt in 15 und in die Natur zum Lousberg sind es ebenfalls nur 5-10 Minuten.
Zum Einkaufen befinden sich vier Supermärkte (Rewe, Netto, Lidl, Aldi) in 10-15 Minuten laufreichweite.
Auch zu wichtigen Bushaltestellen wie Bendplatz, Ponttor oder zum Bushof ist es auch nicht weit. Der Bahnhof Aachen-West ist auch in 12 Minuten erreichbar.

The flat is in a quiet location, but still within easy reach of all the important places. The main RWTH buildings can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes, Pontsstraße in 5, the city centre in 15 and nature at Lousberg is also only 5-10 minutes away.
For grocery shopping, there are four supermarkets within 10-15 minutes walking distance (Rewe, Netto, Lidl, Aldi).
Important bus stops such as Bendplatz, Ponttor or the bus station are also close by. Aachen-West railway station is 12 minutes away.
Die Mietkosten liegen bei 700€ und setzten sich aus Kaltmiete, Strom-, Heiz- & Internetkosten, Rundfunkgebühren und Möblierung.
