Large, beautiful old apartment with roof terrace and balcony Große, wunderschöne Altbauwohnung mit Dachterasse und Balkon

I am in Vienna from 01.03.25 to 31.08.25 at an internship at an architectural office and therefore rent my beautiful old apartment. In the 880 €all costs are included including Wlan:)

It has about 55m2, two rooms, a large kitchen with great blue tiles, a roof terrace and a balcony.
The apartment is fully furnished and has high ceilings with stucco and floor in the living room. The large windows covered the apartment well and the living room has a nice balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped (also with a dishwasher).
The bedroom has a high bed, so you have more room.
The bath situation provides for more old tree charms, but is not for everyone; The toilet and sink are located in a separate room outside the apartment (but still private), right next to the exit to the roof terrace and the shower is in the kitchen. I was never disturbed by this:)

Ich bin vom 01.03.25 bis 31.08.25 in Wien bei einem Praktikum bei einem Architekturbüro und vermiete deshalb meine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung unter. In den 880€ sind alle Kosten einbegriffen inklusive Wlan :)

Sie hat circa 55m2, zwei Zimmer, eine große Küche mit tollen blauen Fliesen, eine Dachterasse und einen Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und verfügt über hohe Decken mit Stuck und Dielenboden im Wohnzimmer. Die großen Fenster belichten die Wohnung gut und über das Wohnzimmer gelangt man auf einen schönen Balkon.
Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet (auch mit einer Spülmaschine).
Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Hochbett, wodurch du nochmal mehr Platz hast.
Die Badsituation sorgt für nochmal mehr Altbaucharme, ist allerdings nicht für jeden was; Klo und Waschbecken befinden sich in einem separaten Raum außerhalb der Wohnung(aber trotzdem privat), direkt neben dem Ausgang zur Dachterasse und die Dusche befindet sich in der Küche. Mich hat das nie gestört :)
