Das heisst, die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet incl. z.B. Besteck, Geschier, Töpfe, Gläser, etc. Natürlich verfügt die Küche auch über eine Spühlmaschine.
Auch das Schlafzimmer ist vollständig eingerichtet, incl. Bettdecken, Kopfkissen, Bezügen.

Du musst also nur deine persönlichen Sachen mitbringen und alles andere ist bereits vorhanden.
Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner steht im Keller gegen Gebühr (2,5€)für Mieter zur Verfügung.
Im Bad wäre auch Platz und die Anschlüsse für eine eigene Waschmaschine.

Die Logia geht vom Wohnzimmer ab.
Das Schlaf-/Arbeitszimmer ist zur Rückseite ausgerichtete und dadurch besonders ruhig.
In den Nebenkosten sind dieHeizkosten bereits enthalten.
Du muss also nur noch den Strom (Abschlag ca. 50€/Monat, je nach Anbieter) und die Rundfunkgebühren (ca. 19€/Monat) anmelden.

Die Wonung ist auf Grund des Grundrisses nicht WG geeignet.
Ideal für einen Single oder ein Paar.
Zudem gehört zu der Wohnung noch ein Stellplatz im Hof mit Schranke.
