The guest toilet has a hand wash basin, the bathroom has a shower cabin, a large sink, toilet and sprout heating. Die Küche besteht aus einer hochwertigen Küchenzeile mit Markenherd (2022) und einem Gefrier- und Kühlschrank (2022). Dazu gibt es zwei Vorratskammern. Die eine verfügt über ein Regal, die andere kann optional auch als Garderobe genutzt werden. Die zwei Zimmer sind in etwa gleichwertig groß. Das eine Zimmer hat Zugang zum Balkon. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Kellerraum; darüber hinaus über einen Fahrrad – Wasch- und Trockenkeller.

The apartment is located in Aachen-Eilendorf very close to the regional railway Aachen-Köln and is therefore ideal for transportation. With the regional railway it is only 15 minutes to Aachen West, very close to TH. A bus stop is located around the corner. The motorway connection to Aachen, Düsseldorf and Cologne is excellent, a spacious green area with old trees and a playground is just around the corner and a kindergarten. The house is from the 60s with a solid environment. Not far from the Whg. is a baker and the savings bank. An aldi is 800 metres from Whg. There are good parking options.

Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich um die Ecke. Der Autobahnanschluss nach Aachen, Düsseldorf und Köln ist hervorragend, eine großzügige Grünfläche mit altem Baumbestand und einem Spielplatz befindet sich gleich um die Ecke sowie ein Kindergarten. Das Haus ist aus den 60er Jahren mit solider Umgebung. Nicht weit von der Whg. befindet sich ein Bäcker und die Sparkasse. Ein Aldi liegt 800m von der Whg. entfernt. Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
