Über das große zentrale Wohnzimmer mit geschützter Terrasse gelangt man in das Schlafzimmer mit zusätzlichem Ankleideraum. Die kleine Küche kann selbst gestaltet werden.
Das Bad verfügt über Tageslicht und Badewanne.
Die Wasseraufbereitung erfolgt dezentral.
Es gibt eine separate Waschküche, in die Mieter auf Wunsch ihre Maschine abstellen können.
Auf halber Treppe befindet sich ein zusätzlicher kleiner Abstellraum.
Ruhig und dennoch zentral: Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Apolda in einer Nebenstraße zum Marktplatz.
Die Wohnung ist aktuell noch vermietet, Besichtigungen sind aber ab 01.05.2019 möglich.
Die Wohnung wird von privat vermietet. Wir sind die Besitzer, wohnen selbst nicht im Haus, sind aber an einem guten Klima für alle Bewohner interessiert. Es gibt keine Makler oder Hausverwaltungen dazwischen.
