Ich vermiete Tageweise meine Wohnung (da ich sie selbst nicht mehr oft nutze und quasi nur noch die Kündigungsfrist absitze). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.OG, ein Fahrstuhl ist allerdings vorhanden. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2Räumen und ist mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Ehebett. Es könnte allerdings noch eine weitere Person auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer übernachten. Die Küche ist vom Wohnzimmer abgetrennt. Es wird großen Wert auf ruhige Gäste gelegt.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist soweit gut. In nicht Mal ganz 1km befindet sich der Bahnhof von Auerbach. Bis zur Autobahn sind es mit den Auto ca 15min Fahrzeit. Die 2nächsten großen Städte (Zwickau und Plauen sind auch nur ca. 25min Fahrzeit entfernt). Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle läuft man 5min und bis ins Zentrum von Auerbach auch nur ca 12min. Aldi und Netto sind auch nur ca 5min Fußweg entfernt. Ansonsten lädt die Umgebung zum Wanderurlaub ein.
