Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne Altbauwohnung:
Zur Wohnung
Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, Küche, Bad, großzügigem Abstellraum (eigentlich auch ein eigenes Zimmer) separates WC und Balkon. Insgesamt auf 100 Quadratmetern.
Zur Ausstattung
Die Küche wurde vor einem Jahr eingebaut und ich würde sie gerne gegen eine Ablösung weiter geben.
Zur Lage
Die Wohnung liegt im Thelottviertel. Wegen der Bahnhofsnähe (7 min zu Fuss) ist sie ideal für Pendler. Ebenso ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Wertach.
Zur Person
Da die Wohnung von einer Wohnungsgenossenschaft vermietet wird gibt es hier für den Nachmieter folgende Kriterien:
