Wir suchen einen Nachmieter zum 01.06.2019. Bitte melden sie sich nur, wenn Sie bereit sind die Küche gegen ca. 1500 EUR zu übernehmen. Die neue Miete wird vom Vermieter festgelegt und wird vermutlich höher ausfallen, da kürzlich eine Modernisierungsmaßnahme stattgefunden hat.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer (aktuell als Schlaf-, Wohn-, und Gäste-/Arbeitszimmer genutzt), eine Küche und ein Bad. Eine Nutzung als WG ist grundsätzlich möglich - die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und bietet viel Platz. Die letzte Wohnung fand vor ca. 2,5 Jahren statt und befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Küche wurde von uns bei unserem Einzug vor 2,5 Jahren neu gekauft.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Balkon (in der Küche), ein Keller und ein Dachboden.

We are looking for a new tenant for our apartment. Please only contact me if you can and want to take over out kitchen for around 1500 EUR! Your rent will most likely will be higher than what we are paying currently, since the building has been just modernised.
The apartment has 3 rooms (currently used as bed, living and guest room), a kitchen and a bath.
It can be used as a flat share since its layout is good and spacious.
Eine Straßenbahn Haltestelle ist nur 4 min entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 6-7 min mit der Straßenbahn 3 vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Zur Innenstadt sind es nur ca. 12-15 min mit der Straßenbahn.
Sie liegt im ruhigen Stadtteil Lindenhof. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Sie liegt gegenüber dem Pfalzplatz und nahe dem Rhein (für Läufer bestens geeignet).

The tram stop is only 4min away. The tram only needs 6-7min to the central station and 12-15 min to town.
The apartment is located in the district Lindenhof and several shops are nearby.
The Rhein riverside is near which is ideal for running.
Die endgültige Entscheidung über den neuen Mieter obliegt dem Vermieter.
Falls wir uns einig werden, werden wir sie als Nachmieter vorschlagen.
