Hello everyone,

We are looking for a person or couple to take over our flat in Prenzlauer Berg. It is fully equipped with everything you need, so you basically just have to move in.

There is one large room that we used as a living room and one smaller room where we put the bed. As you can see in the picture, there are two beds, but one can be used as a couch. The kitchen is also really large and has everything you need.

The internet is quick and stable, so it was no problem for us to work from home during our stay.

It has a dishwasher and a new washing machine in the kitchen, and everything else you need in the kitchen is already there.

The flat is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, on Schönhauser Allee. The connection to public transport could not be better. It is very close to the Eberswalder Straße station, where you have the U2 and several tram stops. The tram stop Milastraße is just a few meters away as well.

The lively area of Prenzlauer Berg is just around the corner, and Mauerpark is only a few minutes’ walk from the flat.

Please be aware that the flat is located on the 4th floor without an elevator.

Please be aware that it is a limited contract for 3 months, but an extension up to 6 months is possible. All costs are included in the rent of 1350 EUR per month.

We are looking for calm people, and parties are not allowed in the flat. There are plenty of places to party just down the street. 😉

Please send a brief introduction about yourself, and we can arrange a flat visit. We are currently in the process of packing and moving, which explains the picture with the boxes in the kitchen. Of course, we will clean everything before we leave. The start of the rent can be on the 1st of October, and an earlier move could possibly be arranged.
