3 Room Apartment Sublet

Hey everyone, I am subletting my large 3 room apartment for one month from Jan 14 to Feb 16, 1550€ warm (or 1350€, see note at bottom) for that time period. It is 84 square meters in the Hohenschönhausen area. The apartment is set up in a minimal but fun, modern, and hip style with creative lighting and electronic entertainment. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, the building has an elevator. There is also a separate kitchen as well as a large balcony. The space is perfect for a couple but we are also ok with an individual or a couple + individual.


The guest room / office has a futon if you have a guest staying with you as well as a large electronically height adjustable desk, perfect for home-office. We have super fast internet as well, 1000mbps. It is currently pretty bare but we can move the work desk back into it as well as bring down an indoor hammock/swing if you are interested in some additional furniture.

The living room is quite large and can get a fair amount of daylight during the day. We have a projector and sound system for movies and games that you are welcome to use.

Our balcony is very large as well and overlooks the complex courtyard. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, not inside the apartment.

There is a washer in the unit. I am asking for a 1000€ security deposit.

PLEASE NOTE: I have 2, super adorable and cuddly young cats at one year old. If you are willing to watch them and let them continue living in the apartment with you during the one month period I will take 200€ off the rent price.
