wir vermieten unsere drei Zimmer Wohnung in Charlottenburg für die Monate Januar, Februar und März 2024 für 2000 EUR/Monat. Die Wohnung kann auch schon ab dem 22.12.2023 bezogen werden.
Die Wohnung (107 qm) ist vollmöbliert, schön hell und verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, ein Arbeits-/Gästezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer. Zudem gibt es einen Dachgarten, der von der ganzen Hausgemeinschaft genutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung ist super angebunden. Fußläufig sind U7 (Wilmersdorfer Straße), U2 (Bismarckstraße) und der S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg schnell zu erreichen. Zudem ist die Einkaufsstraße „Wilmersdorfer Straße“ mit zahlreichen Geschäften und Supermärkten direkt um die Ecke und auch der Ku’damm ist nicht weit.
Wir haben eine Katze (Lilly). Sollte sich unter euch eine Katzenfreundin/Katzenfreund befinden, kann Lilly gerne hierbleiben, ansonsten zieht sie für die drei Monate zu Freunden von uns.
Preis inklusive Strom, NK und Internet. Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt außer auf dem Dachgarten.

Hello,
We are renting out our three-room flat in Charlottenburg for the months of January, February and March 2024 for 2000 EUR/month. The flat can also be occupied from 22.12.2023.
The flat (107 sqm) is fully furnished, beautifully bright and has a living room, a study/guest room and a bedroom. There is also a roof garden that can be used by the entire building community.
The flat is very well connected. The U7 (Wilmersdorfer Straße), U2 (Bismarckstraße) and Charlottenburg S-Bahn station are all within walking distance. In addition, the shopping street "Wilmersdorfer Straße" with numerous shops and supermarkets is just around the corner and the Ku'damm is also not far away.
We have a cat (Lilly). If there is a cat friend among you, Lilly is welcome to stay here, otherwise she will move in with friends of ours for the three months.
Price includes electricity, utilities and internet. Smoking is not allowed except on the roof garden.
