Ich biete meine Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage ab dem 16. Juli 2024 bis zum 27. August zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für ein Pärchen oder als Single. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral am Rosa Luxemburg Platz. Zum Alexanderplatz sind es 5 min. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes, Kino etc. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt dennoch in einer ruhigen Straße und ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen möbliert.
Es ist auch eine kürzere Miete möglich, allerdings werden Leute bevorzugt, die den gesamten Zeitraum mieten.
