Location: In a prime area between Gleisdreieck, Kleistpark, and Yorckstraße. Excellent transport connections, yet quiet.
Duration: From the end of February 2025 to the end of August 2025.
Size and Layout: 134 m², consisting of a cozy eat-in kitchen, a large living and work room, one bedroom, a large children's room, bathroom with bathtub, and a spacious shared garden.
Facilities: storage room, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, fridge/freezer, wood stove, piano, and grand piano.
Rent: €1750 per month, including internet, electricity, and utilities, as well as weekly cleaning; plus heating costs
