Urban Oasis Sublet in Friedrichshain -600 EUR for January

Hallo :) Ich vermiete meine schöne Wohnung in Friedrichshain vom 6. Januar – 28. Februar 2025 unter und eine mögliche Verlängerung könnten wir Ende Januar besprechen. Hier die Details:
-Standort ist in Friedrichshain. Es liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Frankfurter Tor und der U-Bahn-Linie U5 entfernt
-Sie haben die ganze Wohnung für sich allein und sie liegt im Innenhof, sodass es sehr ruhig ist.
-Die Miete beträgt 1.200 EUR pro Monat, alles inklusive (Internet, Nebenkosten usw.)
-Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und bezugsfertig.
- Kaution - 500 EUR
-5 Gehminuten zu Edeka und Biomärkten
-Der Grund, warum ich untervermiete, ist, dass ich ein Probeleben in LA mache und wenn ich mich für einen Umzug entscheide, könnte es eine Möglichkeit geben, die Wohnung mit der Registrierung/Anmeldung zu übernehmen, wenn mein Vermieter zustimmt

Hello :) I'm subletting my beautiful apartment in Friedrichshain for January and we could discuss a possible extension at the end of January. Here are the details:
-Location is in Friedrichshain. It's 5 minute walk from Frankfurter Tor and on the U5 Ubahn line
-You'll have the whole apartment to yourself and it's in the inner courtyard so it's very quiet.
-Rent is 600 for Jan 15-31st
-The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move in.
-Security deposit - 300 EUR
-5 minute walk to Edeka and organic markets
-The reason I'm subletting is because I'm doing a trial run of living in California and if I decide to move there could be a possibility to take over the apartment with the registration/anmeldung if my landlord agrees
