I’m renting out my beautiful room in our beautiful house while I go home for a few months ☺️
I pay 715€ per month- I’m not here to make money.
The room is 20sqm with lots of natural light and balcony access! Theres lots of bench space for wfh darlings or creatives.. I have a couple sewing machines you’re welcome to use too!
The house has:

⭐️big lounge with potentially most beautiful couch in the world??

⭐️good sized kitchen with lots of cooking and baking bits and bobs

The house is spacious and beautiful with nice light and central to all the good bits of Neukolln. It’s on the U8 and U7 so super easy to get around the city.

You would be sharing the space with two very lovely Brits in their 30s. They both split time between office and wfh and have pretty busy social lives. They are sweet and kind angels.

I will need to take a deposit but we can discuss what is affordable because times are tough 300€ would be ideal. Unfortunately no anmeldung possible. No couples sorry.
