The apartment of 65m2 will not be used by me from the 11th January until the 1st February. Therefore I subrent one room room (11m2) with access to the rest of the apartment (see pictures) with total 42m2 accessible (my room will be locked).

For the apartment administration i will need to declare your stay in advance by sending them your ID/passport via Email, so it can be approved.

Amazing location with several supermarkets, a whole shopping mall, one of the best restaurant streets - all just around one corner!
Connection to public transport via many buses, U3, U2, S5, S7, S9 (direct to airport) - all in 3-7mins walking distance. You hardly will find a better place if you need to get around :)

Special things to consider: gas oven, water via heat distribution system (i will show how to turn it on), apartment facing a semi-busy street but with lots of sun due to big windows, no TV, washing machine in the kitchen.
