Berlin August Wohnung - Kurfürstendamm SHORT TERM

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung für den angegebenen Zeitraum vom 08. August bis zum 22. August 2024. Eine Anmeldung ist aufgrund der kurzen Dauer offensichtlich nicht möglich. Die Wohnung ist eine schöne, renovierte Altbau Wohnung die einfach eingerichtet ist aber alles wichtige hat.

Ich suche eine verantwortungsvolle und ruhige Person die meine Wohnung wie ihre eigene behandelt. Rauchen in der Wohnung ist untersagt.
Die angegebene Miete ist für die zwei Wochen und beinhaltet alle Warm- und Nebenkosten wie WLAN.

Zwischenmiete - das heißt die Wohnung ist NUR für den angegebenen Zeitraum verfügbar.
Falls du die Wohnung schon ein paar Tage früher benötigst können wir gerne darüber reden.

I rent my apartment from the 08.08. until 22.08.2024 (two weeks). Registration is obviously not possible due to the short length of time. The apartment is a beautiful, renovated old building that is simply furnished but has everything you need.

I am looking for a responsible and calm person who will treat my apartment as their own. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.
The indicated rent is for the entire period and includes all heating and additional costs like WiFi.

The apartment is only available SHORT TERM. Please keep in mind that the apartment is only available for these dates. If you need it for a shorter time or some days longer we can talk about it, don't worry.
