Dear prospective tenants,
We are offering our beautiful apartment for temporary subletting because my boyfriend and I are planning a sabbatical. Perhaps our apartment will be suitable for the transition period until a longer-term home is found.
The apartment is on the 5th floor, has 2,5 rooms and a floor space of 90m². It also has a south-facing balcony. It is furnished and fully equipped. The rent covers all rental costs (including electricity and Wi-Fi).
It is possible to move in as early as 21 December 2024. You must move out by 28 March 2025 at the latest. It is not possible to register for the interim tenancy period as we remain the main tenants.
The apartment is located in a quiet area in Charlottenburg/Wilmersdorf, not far from numerous shopping facilities, bakeries, cafés and public transport (S-Bahn Charlottenburg, U-Bahn Adenauerplatz, Ringbahn Halensee, various bus lines). The Kurfürstendamm is only one block away, and the Lietzenseepark and Grunewald are also in the immediate vicinity.
