Ich vermiete meine schöne Altbauwohnung in Berlin Charlottenburg, vom 1 September für voraussichtlich 3 Monate mit eventueller Verlängerung, die Wohnung ist möbliert und sehr artistisch eingerichtet sie beinhaltet alles was man zum Leben braucht (Waschmaschine, Einbauküche (mit Kühlschrank und Herd und Ofen, Badewanne, Dusche, Wifi, Ventilator) Da ich viel Arbeit und liebe in die Einrichtung gesteckt habe und sie einen Teil meiner Persönlichkeit widerspiegelt, suche ich nach einer aufgeschlossenen, ruhigen, sauberen Person die das Apartment liebevoll und mit Respekt behandeln wird.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ästhetischen, ruhigen Kiez in Charlottenburg/Wilmersdorf umringt von zwei wunderschönen Parks, kleinen Cafés, Restaurants und vereinzelnden Bars. Die Ringbahn ist wenige Minuten zu Fuß, ebenso die u7 und einige Busshaltestellen. Es befinden sich drei Supermärkte und ein Spätkauf direkt vor der Haustür. Der Kiez ist Familienorientiert und sauber.

I am renting out my beautiful Altbau apartment in Berlin Charlottenburg from September 1st for approximately three months, with the possibility of an extension. The apartment is fully furnished and artistically decorated, including everything needed for daily living (washing machine, fitted kitchen with fridge, stove, and oven, bathtub, shower, WiFi, and a fan). Since I have put a lot of work and love into designing the space and it reflects a part of my personality, I am looking for an open-minded, quiet, and tidy person who will treat the apartment with care and respect.

The apartment is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood in Charlottenburg/Wilmersdorf, surrounded by two stunning parks, small cafés, restaurants, and a few bars. The Ringbahn is just a few minutes away on foot, as well as the U7 and several bus stops. There are three supermarkets and a late-night shop right in front of the building. The neighborhood is family-friendly and well-maintained.
