Da ich Ende Mai aus der Wohnung ausziehe, jedoch schon früher in meine neue Wohnung kann, suche ich idealerweise ein junges Paar oder Einzelperson zur Untervermietung, die z.B. Etwas zur Überbrückungszeit sucht. Ggf. wird die Wohnung auch bis ca. 20.06.23 vermietet.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 4x Zimmer, Balkon, Gäste WC, Vollbad, Küche
Anhand der Bilder könnt ihr entnehmen, welche Möbel/Geräte NICHT bleiben:
- Küche: ohne Kühlschrank
- Vollbad: ohne Waschmaschine
- Zimmer 1: ohne Sofa, ohne TV
- Zimmer 2: ohne Bett, jedoch Hängeschrank für Kleidung
- Zimmer 3+4 sind leer und können z.B. Lagerung von Kartons genutzt werden
Die Wohnung wird leider nicht weitervermietet, so dass eine mögliche Übernahme nicht möglich ist. Die Miete für den Mai wird natürlich angeglichen.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: U2 (Theodor-Heuss-Platz) und Ringbahn (Messe ICC Nord) sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen (2-10 Min). Rewe und Aldi sind auch um die Ecke sowie zum Shoppen die Wilmersdorfer Arcaden und der Kudamm.
Eine Vielzahl von Restaurants sind z.B. auf der Kantstraße und Savignyplatz zu finden. Auch der Lietzensee und das Schloss Charlottenburg sind mit dem Fahrrad sehr schnell zu erreichen.
Generell ist die Umgebung schön ruhig und nicht überlaufen.
Du solltest ein geregeltes Einkommen haben, ggf. eine Schufa (request now) Auskunft.
Alles andere kann dann noch besprochen werden - z.B. Einzugsdatum, Möbel etc.
