The apartment is a 3,5 bedroom with 115m2. It has 3 bathrooms , a bedroom with double bed, spacious living room, big balcony facing sout and a workroom with two working stations with height adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, 2 screens each with aircon in the room.

The living room has a TV with Netflix installed, there are windows on both sides of the apartment making the whole apartment very light. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, blender and all required cooking accessories inlcuding spices and basics that are free to use (Sugar, flour etc.). You will also find a high end filter coffee and espresso machine.

There are two bathrooms (shower, bathtub, washing machine) and a guest toilet.
The apartment has a big balcony facing south where you can enjoy your evening dinners with the setting sun.

It would be great if you would take care of the plants in the apartment while you rent the place, otherwise we could also arrange to send someone to water the plants (-but that could be my mother who is verrry curious haha.)

The place is very quiet, with no street noise as we are on the top floor. Parties are not allowed, the neighbours are strict with that and we found out the first time one of them is a police officer.

Please note that it's on the 5th floor with unfortunately no elevator - Bonus point? --> your fitness level will get up while you live here ;-)
