I'm looking for a tenant for my lovely apartment in Friedrichshain for the time I'll be out of the city. From 22nd September until October 27th. Thus, it cannot start earlier and cannot extend, but can be shorter within this period.

The apartment is very centric, the rooms are bright and get lots of sun. Right on the corner there is a supermarket (Edeka) and Lidl and Penny are in 10 min walking distance. It's 8 min to Frankfurter Alle and 12 min to Ostkreuz by foot.

The apartment is furnished as in the pictures. Fridge, stove & oven, washing machine, kettle, capsule coffee machine, kitchen utensils, are available in the kitchen. There is a bathtub in the bathroom, hairdryer is available. In the living room, there is a dining table, and a study/work table, and a big sofa. In the bedroom there is a queen size bed, another table to study/work and a wardrobe (I'll empty half of the wardrobe for your use), I can also empty some drawers on the dresser if needed. There is internet available in the flat.

The rent is 1250€ for the given time period, and I ask 1000€ of the deposit that will be refunded once you leave the place.

The area is quite nice, many restaurants and bars in walking distance, but the street itself is quite.
