We are subletting our 2 room apartment for 2 weeks from 28.01 to 11.02.

It's a fully furnished apartment in a central location with good connectivity to all parts of town. There's an abundance of bars, cafes, restaurants and clubs in the vicinity.

Very Important to Note: We won't be able to take our cat along with us, so this flat is for those who don't mind caring after a sweet and well-behaved kitty.

The apartment is located in the heart of Friedrichshain, close to Warschauer Str. with plenty of public transportation options around. The M10 and Bus No. 240, U5 and U1/U3 are all within a 5 min radius.

It's a west facing apartment located on the 3rd floor in the Innenhof which means it's quiet and you get a lot of light during the bleak winter months.

There is an Aldi (5 min walk), Edeka & Rewe (10 mins walk) along with many smaller Asian supermarkets within a couple of mins.

There's an abundance of bars, cafes, restaurants and clubs in the vicinity.

The apartment has everything you would need:

- Fully functional kitchen
- A strong WiFi connection and a TV (with Netflix, Prime)
- Two working desks
- A PS4
- Washing Machine/Dryer + Dishwasher

When it comes to caring for our cat, Mimi, we will need you to:
- Clean out her toilet every 2-3 days.
- Feeding her (she has an automatic feeder)
- And naturally some playtime and attention ;)
