Ganze Wohnung in Friedrichshain, Zwischenmiete für ca. 2 Monate

• Wir vermieten unsere möblierte Wohnung vom 15.03. bis zum 15.05.2025 (über den genauen Zeitraum können wir noch sprechen früher/länger).
• Von den 4 Zimmern auf 93qm im 2. Stock könnt ihr 3 Zimmer bewohnen (das 4. Zimmer nutzen wir während unserer Abwesenheit als Abstellraum) in einem ruhigen Hinterhaus mit Balkon und Garten (in Gemeinschaftsnutzung) für 900€/Monat inklusive Strom und Internet
• Achtung: Dafür tragt ihr die Verantwortung für unsere drei geliebten Meerschweinchen, die jeden Tag versorgt werden müssen. (Die Kosten für Futter und Streu übernehmen natürlich wir.)
• Unsere Altbauwohnung liegt nahe S-Bahnhof Ostkreuz mit einer Vielzahl von Supermärkten, Restaurants und Bars fussläufig erreichbar.
• Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert mit Küche (Kühlkombi und Spülmaschine), Bäder/WCs (1 mit Badewanne,    WaMa und Trockner). Außerdem gibt es ein großes Doppelbett sowie zwei Hochbetten.
◦ Nicht barrierefrei -2. Stock (ohne Aufzug!)

• Entire apartment in Friedrichshain, interim rent for two months
- We are renting out our furnished apartment from 15.03. to 15.05.2025 (we can still talk about the exact period).
- Of the 4 rooms on 93sqm on the 2nd floor you can live in 3 rooms (we use the 4th room as a storage room during our absence) in a quiet rear building with balcony and garden (in common use) for 900€/month including electricity and Internet
- Please note: In return, you will be responsible for our three beloved guinea pigs, who need to be looked after every day. (The costs for food and litter are of course covered by us).
- Our old building apartment is located near Ostkreuz S-Bahn station with a variety of supermarkets, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
- The apartment is fully furnished with kitchen (fridge and dishwasher), bathrooms/WCs (1 with bathtub, washing machine and dryer). There is also a large double bed and two bunk beds.
◦ Not barrier-free - 2nd floor (without elevator!)
