Very convenient, 3 min to U-Bahn and S-Bahn Frankfurterallee (direct to Friedrichstrasse, Alexanderplatz, Hauptbahnhof, etc), 20 minutes on train to the airport, 20 seconds to M13 tram stop that takes you to Kreuzberg, direct tram to Ikea in Lichtenberg, cafes & restaurants around. Bakery downstairs. Quiet neighbours.

Fully furnished for a comfortable stay - washing machine, a recently renovated kitchen with new fridge & freezer, oven, double bed, sofa, blender, toaster, coffee maker, WIFI (your own WIFI, not shared with neighbours), balcony and balcony table + chairs, etc.

Subletting to someone tidy, responsible single person/couple with a job. This is suitable for someone who wants a nice place to stay before settling in a permanent flat, or someone who is coming to Berlin for several months. Not for students. No children, no animals. Home parties are not allowed in this flat (sorry, we don't mean to be fastidious or mean, but we had some bad experience in the past...). Anmeldung possible (in which case when you move out, you will have to get an Abmeldung and be registered with another flat. Half of the security deposit will be returned to the tenant after check-out. When proof of Abmeldung is shown, the other half of the deposit will be returned to the guest).

1,200 euro per month, all utilities included (except TV licence (around 55 euro per quarter) if you are anmeldet with this apartment). Returnable security deposit: 800 euro.
