Der Flurbereich bietet Platz für Garderobe und mehr und ist ebenfalls freundlich und hell. Eine Sanierung ist erst vor einigen Monaten abgeschlossen. Dabei wurde viel Wert auf Schallschutz und Energieeffizienz gelegt. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und hochwertig mit einer Mischung aus moderner Technik, Nostalgie und hochwertigen Materialien (Vollholzboden, Fenster aus Lärche,…) Das Ergebnis ist ein Ort, an welchem man jeden Tag erneut mit neuer Energie erwacht, gerne kocht, Musik macht, oder am höhenverstellbaren Küchen-Tisch arbeitet, im Wohnzimmer, oder am Schreibtisch im Schlafzimmer mit viel Licht.

Die Wohnung wird vollausgestattet vermietet. Bett mit Bezügen, Schränke, Kücheneinrichtung (Teller, Gläser, Töpfe, Besteck …) plus Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Zwei zusätzliche Futons sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Erstausstattung mit Waschmittel, Seife, ... vorhanden.

Das Internet (300MBit/s!) ist im Mietpreis inbegriffen. No additional costs. Miete ist 80€ / Tag = 560 € pro Woche.

The hallway offers space for a cloakroom, hoover and more, and is also friendly and bright. A refurbishment was only completed a few months ago. Great importance was paid to soundproofing and energy efficiency. The installations and equipment offer everything desired and are of high quality with a mixture of modern technology, nostalgia and high-quality materials (solid wood floors, larch windows,...). The result is a place where you wake up every day with new energy, you’ll love to cook, make music, or work at the height-adjustable kitchen table, in the living room or at the desk in the sleeping room with lots of light.

The apartment will be rented fully furnished. Bed with linen, cupboards, kitchen equipment (plates, glasses, pots, cutlery...) plus washing machine and dishwasher. Two additional sleeping futons are also provided. Initial equipment with detergent, soap, ... available.

Very friendly neighbors live in the house. The inner courtyard is green and comforting. The green balcony faces the very quiet Müllenhoffstrasse, on which you can catch a few rays of sunshine even in winter. The apartment is bright and friendly due to its location on the 4th floor.
