63sqm flat in Friedrichshain looks for subtenant(s) from 1st of may to the end of july 2025

I'm subletting my cosy 63 sqm flat in Friedrichshain (between Ostkreuz and Treptower Park) for threee months, from may to until the end of july. The flat is suitable for one or two persons (big bed!), your pet is also welcome. (However, no anmeldung possible, sorry.)

The living room is large, with a small balcony, sofa, smart-TV and a big table where I eat and a second desk to work from. Beside that there is a sleeping room, an open kitchen and a closet. The flat was recently renovated and is in good shape. It has (mostly) everything you might need to cook – including a dishwasher, yay and a washing machine and a bathtub in the bathroom. It's south facing and with high ceilings, so when I say 'sunny' I really mean it!

It's 5 min to S Treptower Park (and the "park" as well) and S Ostkreuz, in a rather quiet (but nice) neighbourhood, although two techno clubs are right around the corner: about blank and Wilde Renate. You can reach anywhere in the "Ring"-area in Berlin in ~30min max.

Ideally, I would love to host someone who can give some love to my plants while I'm away, and is interested to stay here during the whole period (but that’s negotiable). A shorter stay obviously lowers the price.

Da ich in von Ma i bis August nicht in Deutschland bin, vermiete ich meine Wohnung zwischen Elsenbrücke und Ostkreuz.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen, sanierten Altbau mit netten Nachbar:innen und umfasst ein Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, offene Küche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, einen Balkon und eine kleinen Abstellkammer. Man kann hier gut und gerne zu zweit wohnen, es ist hell und ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was zum Leben gebraucht wird.

Sehr schön, wäre natürlich, wenn du/ihr dich/euch während meiner Abwesenheit auch um meine Pflanzen in der Wohnung und auf dem Balkon kümmern könnt. Die sind zwar eigentlich pflegeleicht, brauchen aber hin und wieder etwas Aufmerksamkeit. :-)

In 5 Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß am Ostkreuz und könnt von dort in die Ring- oder Ost-West-S-Bahn einsteigen. Ein sehr, sehr großer Lidl liegt um die Ecke, eine Späti direkt gegenüber und ein paar Lädchen sind in der Straße. Ansonsten ist die Lage ruhig – mit dem Fahrrad ist man allerdings in 5 Minuten im Boxi-Kiez oder am Schlesischen Tor.
