3-room apartment in Samariterkiez 3-Raumwohnung im Samariterkiez

I rent my apartment from the end of July until the end of August 2025, I am flexible for the purpose of the period, since it is not quite clear when we are back. It is a non-smoking apartment and is also suitable for children. There is also an elevator.
It is located in Samariterkiez and everything is within walking distance (shopping, public transport, restaurants). The S-Bahn is good 7 minutes away and the subway is about 3 minutes.
It is a 3-room apartment that is fully equipped. There is a living/bedroom, as well as two more rooms with sleeping facilities. The bathroom has a bathtub with washing machine and the kitchen is also equipped with dishwasher. There is still a guinea pig here, which should be fed and cleaned.

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung von Ende Juli Bis Ende August 2025, ich bin flexibel zwecks des Zeitraumes, da noch nicht ganz klar ist, wann wir zurück sind. Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung und ist auch für Kinder geeignet. Ein Fahrstuhl ist auch vorhanden.
Sie liegt im Samariterkiez und hier ist alles fußläufig erreichbar (Einkauf, ÖPNV, Restaurants). Die S-Bahn ist gute 7 Minuten entfernt und die U-Bahn ca 3 Minuten.
Es handelt sich um eine 3-Raumwohnung, welche komplett ausgestattet ist. Es gibt ein Wohn/Schlafzimmer, sowie zwei weitere Zimmer mit Schlafmöglichkeiten. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne mit Waschmaschine und die Küche ist auch mit Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Es leben hier noch ein Meerschweinchen, welche gefüttert und gesäubert werden müsste.
