Hallo zusammen,
Ab Februar bieten wir unsere Wohnung erstmal zur Zwischenmiete (bis Mai) an mit möglicher Verlängerung (wir können den Vermietern die Nachmieter vorschlagen).
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer (nicht WG tauglich -> das Wohnzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zur Küche), Badewanne, Balkon, Keller.
Ab Februar vermieten wir sie erst mal mit Möbeln. Wenn die Übernahme klappt, müsste dann die Küche abgekauft werden und gern auch paar andere Möbel.
Wenn das für euch passt, meldet euch gern.
Schreibt bitte anfangs das Wort „Richard“ rein, damit wir schauen können, wer bis zum Schluss gelesen hat.

Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in Friedrichshain, einem der schönsten Kieze Berlins. Gleichzeitig ruhig gelegen, bist du in kürzester Zeit im Volkspark, im Boxhagener-Kiez oder bei verschiedenen Cafes, Bars oder Clubs.
Die Anbindung mit der U Frankfurter Tor oder Tram ist optimal, um andere Stadtteile zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in the middle of Friedrichshain, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Berlin. At the same time quietly located, you are in the shortest time in the Volkspark, in the Boxhagener-Kiez or at various cafes, bars or clubs.
The connection with the U Frankfurter Tor or streetcar is optimal to reach other parts of the city.
