Hi everyone!
I am renting my apartment from the 28th oj July until 4th of August for 250€ (+100€ deposit).
It is located close to Boxhagener Platz, a lovely park with fresh and bio vegetable market on Saturdays, and a Flohmarkt on Sundays.
There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around, as well as tram, bus, ubahn and sbahn (10 min walking). Although the surroundings are full of entertainment options, my street is very calm and quiet.
My home is lightly and calm. It has 43m2 distributed in one room with big bed, big sofa, TV and a lovely balcony where you can enjoy a bit the sun in the mornings and afternoons. You can find the washing machine in the bathroom. There is a full equipped kitchen with a desk and displays in case homework is needed.
